Conference and Retreat Registration

We’re holding our First Annual VA Conference and Retreat in Austin, TX, USA, November 14-17, 2024!

We will meet at Loralee Foundation (map on registration pages), which provides the setting free of charge. There is a bunkhouse for women and one for men, each with beds for 12 and shared bathrooms. The central building has a kitchen, and common meeting spaces. Photos below…

There are hotels and Air B&B accommodations nearby, if you prefer to find your own place to sleep.

Meals will be included for all attendees.

Initial Schedule (Subject to change, more details to come):

  • Thursday, 11/14 – 4:00 Registration, 6:00 Dinner, 7:30 Opening Meeting, Evening Bonfire and Fellowship
  • Friday, 11/15 – Day 1: Service Focus – The Future of VA – Group Conscience and VA Business Meetings morning and afternoon. Registration continues. Fellowship Activities. Meals. Tools focus in the evening.
  • Saturday, 11/16 – Day 2: VA Tools – Personal Recovery Meetings and Breakout Sessions. Fellowship Activities throughout the day.
  • Sunday, 11/17 – Day 3: Breakfast, Closing Reflection Sessions – Farewell by 12:00
